Volunteer During Services
Assistant Minister
During service, the assistant minister aids the pastor as a reader, leading prayers, and in distributing communion. If you are interested in becoming an assistant minister, fill out the volunteer form at the bottom of the page.
Audio/Video Opperator
The audio/video opperator helps in the video recording and live steaming of our services. You would become acquiated with our sound system and recording equipment, helping to make our services accessible to the public. Communion Assistant
Communion assistants are needed every second and fourth Sunday during continuous communion. They help the Pastor in distributing wine or grape juice. If you are interested in becoming a communion assistant, fill out the volunteer form at the bottom of the page.
Usher
As an usher you would help greet members of the community as they enter into the church. You help hand out bulletins, inform visitors about our church, assist with guiding members during communion, and other tasks throughout service. Sunday School Teacher
Our Sunday School program includes kids of all ages. Teaching Sunday School has never been easier as our Board of Education has created easy to follow lesson plans. Sunday School classes last an hour and include a lesson with a related craft. If you are interested in becoming a Sunday School teacher, click the button below.
Provide a Wednesday Meal
On Wednesdays during the education year, one member of the community provides a meal that is large enough to feed a group of about forty. Meals in the past have consisted of lasagana, sloppy joes, and walking tacos. Providing a meal is a great way to engage with the community. Wednesday School Teacher
The Wednesday School program includes kids from pre-school to before Confirmation. Kids are divided by grade where they learn about Bible stories at age appropriate levels. The Wednesday school curriculum is created and distributed by our Board of Education, so you just have to show up and guide the children through a Bible story and craft.
